Ways to use the ads and campaign materials in this section:

  1. Mix & Match Menu -- Choose from the menu below, which offers links to a variety of downloadable ads and educational materials suitable for immediate use in most media or audiences, with little or no expertise, cost or advance planning.

  2. The UnChoice Campaign -- This powerful, evidence-based major multi-media campaign is a work in progress and requires some media expertise and budgeting. We need your support to develop and run this campaign in test markets. It has great potential to raise awareness about widespread coercion and unwanted abortions and post-abortion issues, including post-abortion trauma and maternal deaths.

In some cases, you may run selected ads from The UnChoice campaign, with advance planning, adequate funding and expert guidance, following the information, specs and requirements in Ads 101 and Terms of Use.

"The UnChoice" Major Multimedia Campaign -- Run or Support

New Big Picture Evidence Changes What People Think They Know About Abortion

The official "The UnChoice" campaign is a larger, more  comprehensive mass media campaign. It is designed for use as a family of complementary and interwoven ads with a unified message and theme. Although ads run within multiple media, they work together to send a consistent and seldom-heard message.

This includes big-picture evidence that most abortions involve coercion and that "post-abortion" issues are also significant. This campaign is best used by those with appropriate ad/media expertise and resources. (Learn more in Ads 101) However, portions of it, such as posters, selected black-and-white ads, etc., featured on the Mix & Match menu may be used. Please follow Terms of Use before using this campaign.

You can also expedite this powerful, evidence-based campaign by donating to support our work.

Why The Unchoice Campaign Is Unique and Essential

To run these ads effectively requires more planning, media buys and repetition, ideally with the help of a media expert and advance fundraising to ensure effective results. This is especially true since The UnChoice message contradicts prevailing stereotypes about "choice." We invite you to run this campaign locally, but please read Ads 101 and/or consult an expert first. To be effective, you'll need a simple media plan and budget, plus a narrow and targeted "family" of a few focused, single-theme ads running repeatedly over a sustained period of time.

There are many ways to trim costs, such as using the smaller, black-and-white ads, joining with others, fundraising, and/or using co-op ads. Learn more in Ads 101
